Exercise technical supervision and coordinate activities of security and safety in all levels of the company.
Develop policies, plans and programs and exercise supervision in the proper administration of company personnel to provide guidance and assistance.
• Conduct security risk assessment.
• Oversee security requirements of the company events, company property as well as
the physical safety of employees and visitors.
• Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with security plan.
• Manage the development and implementation of security policy, standards,
guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Physical
protection responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention,
access control systems, video surveillance, and more. Information protection
responsibilities will include security awareness, and more.
• Maintain relationships with the leaders of local government units, PNP and other
law enforcement agencies and related government agencies.
• Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches,
and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as
necessary.
• Conducts independent security audits.
• Prepare all-source intelligence products.
• Assess the significance and reliability of incoming information with current intelligence.
• Establish and maintain systematic, cross-reference intelligence records and files.
• Responsible for intelligence personnel in planning, collection, evaluation, processing
anddissemination of intelligence.
• Conduct area study and background investigation
Response to all complains and investigates incidents.
Responsible for collection of information, recruitment of assets (AA) and establishment
of information net.
Conduct Security Survey Inspection (SSI) to all projects and vital installations within AOR.
